As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for the primary face-to-face contact with named accounts in your territory. These accounts will include prospects and existing customers, and you will have a goal of securing the sale of information technology services and solutions within these accounts. You will target companies with annual revenues of at least $1 billion.

You will attend meetings with decision-makers of targeted large accounts in order to identify opportunities and move those opportunities to a close by obtaining a signed customer agreement and/or statement of work for solutions and services offered by LRS Consulting Services. We’re the staff augmentation arm of Levi, Ray &amp; Shoup, Inc., a global leader in IT.

You will be based in our office in Overland Park, KS.

Compensation will consist of a base salary plus commission.

Performance objectives for this position:
• Meet or exceed your sales plan goal: During your first year, generate a minimum of $300,000 in gross profit through closed services sales. After your first year, generate a minimum of $800,000 in gross profit through closed services sales.
• Learn and execute LRS’ sales methodology: During your first two weeks, understand and discuss with your manager the value of both our solutions-oriented and staff supplementation services. You will cold call via telephone into your named accounts so by the end of the first 3 months you are scheduling at least 8 face-to-face meetings on average per week.
• By the end of the first 3 months create a pipeline of services opportunities so you have a minimum of 2 new services opportunities a week and a minimum of 2 services wins a months.
• Stay Current on the IT and Engineering needs of Your Accounts: Manage relationships within your territory of named accounts so that you are aware of your accounts’ IT and Engineering needs and are in a position to show that LRS can help them with those needs. You will develop relationships with customers and prospects during face-to-face meetings so that the customer will continue a dialogue with you.
• Develop New and Potential Clients: Efficiently handle follow-up phone calls and meetings with your customers and prospects. Your follow-up strategy must move the potential clients towards closing business with LRS. Turn information obtained from prospect/customer meetings into new sales opportunities.
• Maintain and Utilize Required Electronic Records: Maintain current and accurate records about clients/potential clients/opportunities in our Siebel-based tracking system. Review those records with LRS management during periodic territory reviews. Use this system to view and capitalize on information entered by others at LRS.
Requirements:

Your success in this position will be measured by your ability to close contracts so that you achieve your revenue goal. Your interim progress will be judged by your ability to establish, maintain, and move forward opportunities with decision makers in these companies.

You must have at least one year of staff augmentation sales or staff augmentation recruiting experience to companies with at least 1,000 employees.

You must also have strong written and verbal communication skills.

You will be a stronger candidate if your account experience is within the territory for this position.

You must have permanent authorization to work in the USA. No visa sponsorships are available.

Organization Structure and Interfaces:
The LRS Consulting Services Group is managed by a director and each office is managed by a branch manager.

You will report to a Branch Manager.

The Senior EDI Communications Analyst is responsible for analysis, design, implementation and support of communications solutions and technologies used in support of the EDI function. The person in this position works in a team environment supporting all aspects of the EDI communications infrastructure and solutions. The Senior EDI Application Analyst is responsible for delivering solutions that are defect free and meet or exceed service level performance metrics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

•Demonstrates the ability to learn multiple technologies and systems and may manage projects across multiple technologies and systems. Provide technology leadership for the EDI communications function.
•Performs demos or presentations of system functionality for customers
•Effectively follows up on support work as required by assigning, coordinating, and reviewing work of communications team members. Provides rotational 24 x 7 on-call support.
•Facilitates meetings with groups to ensure all requirements are captured and issues are resolved timely
•Successfully leads large projects by following the Project Management methodology
•Designs and implements innovative technical solutions to solve complex business opportunities
•Works closely with management, peers, and other team members to understand functions to be automated, objectives, desired features and input/output requirements. Determines estimates for time and cost of work as well as feasibility and compatibility with other systems. Designs and writes technical documentation.
•Analyzes, defines and documents requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs
•Advanced development of communications solutions for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) requests from external customers. This includes gathering technical information from partner used to set up communications between YRCW and the trading partner.
•Support for the EDI communication environment. Develop the necessary skills to expertly support the communications tools and infrastructure to ensure data flows to and from our external customers without interruption.
•Compliance reporting for major partners
•Handling questions and issues from internal users and trading partners. This includes, but not limited to working with outside customers, terminals and customer service on pickups and working with the billing and collections group to make sure the correct reference numbers are being sent out on invoices.
•New partner setups and maintenance; which include partner creation, testing and validation
•Auditing and monitoring EDI processes including; reporting, and monitoring files for delivery and receipt
•Analyzes, installs and tests upgrades to tools used in the communications function
•Understands and applies company standards, methodologies, processes, and procedures. Participates in the development of standards, tools, methodologies, processes, and procedures across the organization.
•Participate in departmental or cross-functional quality activities as needed to improve work process or improve customer-supplier relationships. May provide leadership in quality activities.
•Assist more senior staff members to train and orient new team members in departmental functions or customers in system related functions
•Inform Manager or another assigned senior staff member of activity status and plans and actions that may affect customers and other staff member’s efforts
•May perform other job-related duties as assigned
