The Project Manager will:

  • Act as the liaison between Tech Services and the Epic infrastructure team.

  • Be responsible for obtaining updates on Epic related activity being managed by other Project Managers as well as pushing other Epic activity through the Tech Services organization.

  • Lead the establishment of a monitoring dashboard for all of our Epic related performance metrics.

  • Coordinate communication between Tech Services and the Epic infrastructure team.

  • Assist in pushing technology delivery and escalating when necessary.

  • Manage the creation of a monitoring dashboard for Epic performance related information.

  • Communicate status of all Epic related Tech Services activities to Leadership.

  • Utilize project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations. Responsibilities may include leading an operations team responsible for the ongoing maintenance of business and clinical applications.

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • 5+ years of project management experience, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (advanced), Microsoft PPT, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel

  • Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)

  • Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer

  • Corp to corp candidates will not be considered

Optional Skills:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred

  • PMP Certification preferred
