Our IT Staffing division is looking to add a Direct Placement Technical Recruiter to manage the full lifecycle recruitment process; from identifying business opportunities to the recruiting and fulfillment of the positions. As a direct hire recruiter, you will post, source, screen, interview, assess and submit skilled technical talent that will meet our client’s needs. You will develop good working relationships with our existing clients and help identify new business opportunities where we can continue our growth! This position can be based in any of these office locations: Springfield, IL, Denver, CO, Dallas, TX, St. Louis, MO or Kansas City, KS. This is a full-time position with a base salary plus commission and full benefits. Upon completion of the training program, compensation will consist of a base salary plus a commission plan along with full benefits. Associate Recruiter trainees are paid a base salary during training and then will be paid a base plus commission upon completion of the training. Performance objectives for this position: Present qualified, interested candidates to hiring recruiters: Develop interest in a sufficient number of candidates so that at least four of your candidates are hired each month. To achieve this hiring goal, present at least ten candidates to an LRS recruiter each week. Complete a minimum of 10 in-depth phone screenings per week. Have a minimum of 50 phone conversations with candidates per week. Accurately assess candidates’ qualifications so that at least ninety percent of the candidates you pass to our hiring recruiters are qualified for a position at LRS. Screen candidates for basic technical competence, availability, interest level, visa status, salary range, and relocation needs. Develop and implement sourcing plans: Based on the candidate requirements, design and implement a course of action to develop a pool of qualified candidates from within your assigned geography. Learn to use multiple tools and techniques to develop a sourcing plan that will identify a large pool of candidates from various sources. Work with the full recruiting team to maintain the efficiency of the recruiting process. Record relevant information: Using provided tools, record information about candidate and your activities. Ensure that status and other information is current and accurate. Advance the hiring process: Ensure your candidates are contacted quickly and subsequent interviews are scheduled as soon as possible. Manage candidate’s reasonable needs including requests for off-hour conversations. Escalate problems to your manager Support all recruiting activities at LRS: Maintain knowledge of all open position at LRS. Screen and assess candidates for any appropriate position at LRS. Learn about the technologies and the job market your recruit for: Use a variety of sources to keep informed about the job market, the candidate pool, and to learn about technologies used in positions at LRS. Use this information to improve your ability deliver qualified candidates to hiring recruiters. Applicant Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, fundraising, or telemarketing. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to navigate effectively through the internet to conduct online research. Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously. Possess outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills. Must be able to be able to reside in St. Louis, MO area during training program (Temporary housing expenses paid for candidates who live outside of the area). This position is based in the Denver, CO market for LRS Consulting Services, the IT/Engineering staffing division of Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. (LRS). If you’re the Account Executive we’re seeking, you will be responsible for the primary face-to-face contact with named accounts in your territory. These accounts will include prospects and existing customers, and you will have a goal of securing the sale of information technology services and solutions within these accounts. Compensation will consist of a base salary plus commission. Performance objectives for this position: • Meet or exceed your sales plan goal: During your first year, generate a minimum of $300,000 in gross profit through closed staffing sales. After your first year, generate a minimum of $800,000 in gross profit through closed staffing sales. • Learn and execute LRS’ sales methodology: During your first two weeks, understand and discuss with your manager the value of both our staffing services. You will prospect via telephone, face-to-face and social media into your named accounts so by the end of the first 3 months you are scheduling at least 10 face-to-face meetings on average per week. • By the end of the first 5 months create a pipeline of services opportunities so you have a minimum of 2 new staffing requirements a week and a minimum of 2 staffing wins a months. • Stay Current on the IT and Engineering needs of Your Accounts: Manage relationships within your territory of named accounts so that you are aware of your accounts’ IT and Engineering needs and are in a position to show that LRS can help them with those needs. You will develop relationships with customers and prospects during face-to-face meetings so that the customer will continue a dialogue with you. • Develop New and Potential Clients: Efficiently handle follow-up phone calls and meetings with your customers and prospects. Your follow-up strategy must move the potential clients towards closing business with LRS. Turn information obtained from prospect/customer meetings into new sales opportunities. • Maintain and Utilize Required Electronic Records: Maintain current and accurate records about clients/potential clients/opportunities in our applicant tracking system. Review those records with LRS management during periodic territory reviews. Use this system to view and capitalize on information entered by others at LRS. Candidate Requirements: Your success in this position will be measured by your ability to close contracts so that you achieve your gross profit goal. Your interim progress will be judged by your ability to establish, maintain, and move opportunities forward with decision makers in these companies. You must have at least 3 years of IT staff augmentation sales experience to enterprise-level companies. You must have opened at least 8 new accounts with at least 20 billing consultants.
