LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Help Desk Specialist for a contract opportunity with our client in Central Illinois!
This position will involve software support of 3rd party/packaged applications that are used by various sales and accounting teams at the client location. The position will be a help desk role, talking to users to figure out various issues they are having, log the info and create a ticket. If the issue cannot be easily solved the ticket will then need to be routed to the proper application support team that can resolve the issue.
At least 2 years' experience with the following:
- Providing help desk/phone support for a variety of software and hardware issues and utilizing a help desk ticketing system.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills are needed.
