contract-to-hire with our client in Charlotte, NC!

The Incident Response/Monitoring Specialist will:
Perform technical troubleshooting, changes, and daily tasks for Enterprise
Monitoring Applications and Systems. (Solarwinds, Netcool, WebTop, etc. are all
monitoring tools used)
Work with customers and other support teams to co-ordinate and facilitate
incident triage and timely resolution of production issues
Analyze, resolve, and co-ordinate technical problems for all
Coordinate incident resolution with infrastructure and application support
groups and implement changes to prevent problem recurrence Identify problems and
correct them as soon as possible to restore full service
Maintain incident tickets and service request cases in a timely and
Managing and escalate issues according to the proper procedures.
Monitor applications and automated processes
At least 1 year of hands-on IT experience (security, system, application or
Demonstrated experience managing, maintaining and troubleshooting in at
least 1 out of the following technologies, or similar: Solarwinds,
Netcool/WebTop, App Dynamics, Splunk or Nagios
Candidates must be available to work any day/shift
Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written &
