Experience in all aspects of Avaya Communications and related network
8+ years of professional experience with Avaya Telecom / Voice
Technical understanding and experience with all components of Call Manager;
Preferably direct experience with migrations, upgrades and implementations of
Avaya CM And Media Gateways
Experience with Routers, Voice Gateways, and Quality of Service
configuration is required.
Experience with Packet Session Border Controllers
Experience with Avaya voice systems, ESS, AES, IQ Reporting
Experience with Microsoft Teams
Certified Networking Professional in Avaya is desired
Knowledge of VoIP and Video technologies and protocols; SIP, H.323, RTP,
Experience with One X server, IP Office Manager
Experience with Avaya System Manager, Session Manager
Experience with dynamic routing technologies such as OSPF, EIGRP and BGP
Experience with Cisco LAN/WAN.
Experience with migration of ISDN to SIP
Understanding of SIP header manipulation
Understanding of the EUM capabilities of exchange server On-Premise or
Recent experience with configuration and management of Avaya Voice
technologies and systems.
Practical experience with MS Office 365
Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written &
Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any
Corp to corp candidates will not be considered

Desired Skills:

Experience on Network and Security architecture designing
Knowledge on Avaya IP Telephony technologies
ITIL Certification
Avaya Voice Certification
