person. LRS Consulting Services is seeking an Application Support BSA for a
contract opportunity with a client of ours in St. Louis, MO!

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

Triage, prioritize and complete incident tickets maintaining service levels. Provide communication for web services incidents and after-hours support as needed.

Contribute to the entire incident management process

Identify trends and root cause analysis

Write knowledge base articles for production support

Required Skills:
At least three years of analytical and data processing experience. IT experience
Experience with SQL queries and Confluence tools
Strong troubleshooting skills
Understanding of basic of SDLC
Familiarity with Agile work frame
Health Care or other applicable industry experience is a plus

Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)

Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer
