Summary:
The Rollout and Program Trainer is responsible for partnering with workstreams within company to develop comprehensive training programs for new and continuing business initiatives.

Primary Job Duties:
  • Researches, plans, organizes, and conducts training programs, seminars, and conferences through classroom, on-line, conference call and webinar training sessions for all levels of employees regarding rollout or programs
  • Coordinates with customers and Information Technology (IT) teams to stay abreast of product enhancements in order to communicate to internal teams
  • Conducts Trainings (Via Teams/Webinar platforms) for large groups of company customer users
  • Develop and updates materials for training
  • Implement rollouts and programs
  • Partner with Stakeholders to ensure project is viable and timeline is reasonable
  • Identifies and recommends changes to current processes that lead to improvements
  • Planning and Storyboarding video projects
  • Work with SME’s to ensure accurate content
  • Perform edits on video and audio recording
  • Works all shifts as needed
  • Travel up to 50%
  • Other duties as required and assigned
Requirements:

Education and Experience:
• PC literate to include proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Photoshop etc)

Essential Skills:
• Exceptional verbal communication and technical writing skills
• Proven presentation and facilitation skills with demonstrated ability to conduct training classes for audiences at all levels
• Ability to develop and proof training materials
• Ability to quickly learn customer specific technical applications in order to train end users
• Experience in audio recordings (Voice Overs)
• Experience with DSLR and Professional Camcorders
• Business Savvy
• Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure
• Team player who collaborates well with others
• Exceptional organization skills, leadership and interpersonal skills

Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles and is regularly exposed to ambient lighting and temperate climate conditions.

Colorado salary range - $20/hr to $125/hr
