Our client is seeking a Technical Business Analyst/Product Owner. This position is within the IT organization and is focused on creating, maintaining, prioritizing, and delivering features to improve the operational performance for the Online Ordering department. As a key player on a team dedicated to ensuring the stability of nearly all the revenue generating sales channels of a Fortune 100 company, this analyst is responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders to accurately assess the current state of our processes, the opportunities for improvements, and coordinate the effort to implement those improvements across the department. This person will also contribute to our success by soliciting information from teams across the organization and hosting meetings as needed.

As an integral part of the support team, and a liaison to the internal process team, some of this business process analyst responsibilities include:

-Providing current state analysis through research and interviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
-Evaluating and improving upon procedures and standards, and soliciting feedback from others.
-Hosting meetings with members of leadership and department teams to communicate any new policies/procedures.
-Providing guidance to junior members of the team as needed.
-Partners with stakeholders and customers across the organization to analyze the needs and align roadmap to strategic goals
-Work closely with department leadership to create and maintain a backlog according to operational value or ROI.
-Assess value and prioritize stories and features to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with team strategy.
-Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of stories and features.
-Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.

-Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field preferred
-Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Technical Product Owner or Business Systems Analyst
- Experience working in an Agile environment
-SAFe experience preferred
-Experience improving processes or operations
-Experience with computer applications and tools such as MS Office applications, Visio, PowerPoint, Gliffy, LucidChart and Atlassian products
-Understanding of Lean, BPM, BPI, Kaizen, CCIM, or other process improvement models
-Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)
-Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer
