person. LRS Consulting Services is seeking a EPIC Help Desk Technician for a
6-month contract opportunity with our client in Champaign, IL! Local candidates
will be given preference.

Responsibilities:

Specialize in providing call center support for troubleshooting user
computers, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices & other hardware.

Requirements:

Must have 2+ year(s) of experience with the following:
Customer service (primarily phone and in-person)
Computer (hardware/software) troubleshooting
Desktop Computer hardware/software installation and configuration
Experience supporting clinical applications such as EPIC EMR is a plus
Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written &
verbal)
Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any
employer
Corp to corp candidates will not be considered
