LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Consultant for a direct-hire opportunity with our client for a remote position!

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Implementation Consultant (IC) is a hybrid business and technical consultant that works alongside new clients as they transition marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, and Oracle Responsys).

Responsibilities include:
technical, marketing and business related requirements gathering as well as effective management of a cross functional services team and successful solution roll-out. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing and associated business processes as well as experience in managing a technical engagement from inception through final deployment.

Position Objectives
Lead consultative engagements with marketing focused business teams to define and implement their technical and business related communication needs.
Present solution focused summaries of the platform architecture and integration capabilities.

Primary Responsibilities
Provide product and subject matter expertise to the client Deliver and actionable framework that aligns the client's business needs to that of the partner's platform Author detailed functional specifications documentation
Manage multiple client engagements and the associated team members
Provide quality assurance via creation and execution of configuration test plans
Identify project issues / risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve
Ability to explain technical details to a variety of audiences
Promote customer advocacy and reference-ability

Required Skills
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent technical training Three years of online marketing and client facing experience combined at the minimum Experience with email and/or marketing automation software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and integration with databases
Experience writing functional specifications documentation
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
Excellent communication skills (oral/written)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with non-technical personnel
Ability to work effectively in a team situation with developers
Excellent strong problem solving abilities and ability to work independently to resolve complex issues
Positive attitude and pro-activity

Colorado salary posting requirement - $40,000 - $200,000
