long-term contract with a right-to-hire in St. Louis, MO.

The Tier I Support Specialist will:
-Provide day to day password reset support services for employee technology resources, ensuring a high-quality
end-user experience
-Respond to 35-45 support related calls on a daily basis
-Ensure the fulfillment of IT service requests including the request of new
equipment
Required experience:
-At least 6 months of experience providing Technical Support
-Corp to corp candidates will not be considered
