The Manager of Project Manager / Product Owner (Applications) will:

- Jointly determine scope and requirements for each project with customers and stakeholders. Facilitated analysis workshops, and capture documentation for UI design mockups, process and data definitions, uses access and permissions, reporting, integrations, etc. Facilitate construction of user stories following Agile best practices including descriptions, acceptance criteria, story points, resource assignments, etc.
- Determine accurate work estimates, resource assignments, tasks, deliverables, milestones, and delivery dates for each project. Manage the delivery schedule and budget for each project to ensure timelines are met.
- Write a Statement of Work (SOW) for each technology project that reflects the scope, timeline, and budget agreed to with customers and stakeholders. Facilitate each contract through the procurement process, and adhere to known standards and pricing.
- Lead cross-functional sprint teams to complete projects following the Agile methodology. Ability to work within a sprint structure, and lead standard sprint meetings, including backlog grooming, daily stand ups, sprint planning, sprint deployments, showcases, and retrospectives. Understand completed, current, and upcoming tasks for each project on a daily basis.
- Track and ensure that developed solutions fully advance through each stage of application testing, as required by the SDLC process (i.e. unit, QA, compatibility, security, UAT). Facilitate UAT and customer/stakeholder sign-off. Act as a point of acceptance to ensure solutions deliver fully functioning, production-ready code, and with no ‘high’ or ‘showstopper’ issues.
- Effectively manage customer and stakeholder expectations, while managing changes to scope and timelines as they occur. Facilitate written sign-off of original scope, all changes, and their impacts. Raise scope change requests to the EVP of Technology, and all customers and stakeholders. Manage scope and priorities to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed upon schedule, cost, and quality criteria. Manage and document project risks, issues, dependencies, mitigations, and provide acceptable alternatives. Work with customers to plan pilots, training, and rollouts, and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout each project. Oversee, manage, and communicate the status of all projects on a regular basis.
- Accurately estimate projects, ensure actual project time is captured, provide visibility to differences, aggregate project financials within and across projects, fully account for change requests, and adjust the estimating model for future projects based on lessons learned.
- Lead the development of standards, best practices, and SOPs for the product team. This includes formally defining common PM/BA artifacts and deliverables, RACI definitions, and improved governance and prioritization processes.
- Mentor, coach, review, and provide support to other project managers.
- Work with the EVP of Tech and others in company leadership to plan and drive a number of enterprise initiatives involving business and digital transformation.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in related field &/or industry certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum)
- 5+ years' experience managing application development projects (esp., in .NET)
- Strong hands-on experience managing projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience managing CRM or relatable platforms
- Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer
