LRS Consulting Services is seeking an experienced MS Power Platform Developer for a contract (remote) opportunity with our research client in downtown Chicago, IL!

The MS Power Platform Developer will:

- Technical team lead for all development projects ensuring top quality delivery and best practices are followed.
- Provide technical impact assessment of custom dev requirements.
- Analyze, test and approve any custom development.
- Analyze, test and approve any 3rd party tools required by business.
- Integrate business systems with Power Platform – full systems development lifecycle.
- Develop extensions and custom components.
- Develop collaboration, workflow and forms.
- Architect technical solutions with detailed documentation.
- Analyze Production implementation – identify and resolve errors, ensure ongoing stability of the environment.
- Assess implications of leveraging portlets and architect solutions accordingly.
- Establish bandwidth limitations and plan accordingly.
- Initiate and manage POC’s and prototypes as required.
- Design Enterprise applications.
- Technical advisor to business on what Power Platform can offer out of box – diagnose and map business requirements.
- Recommend project approaches and submit time and cost estimates.
- Lead, plan and manage business / solution design, configuration and implementation.
- Document what constitutes custom development.
- Document custom development systems development lifecycle.
- Document Power Platform implementation.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years installation, implementation, and management of a Power Platform
- Strong experience in MS PowerApps, Flow, Power BI, Teams & SharePoint Online
- Skilled in developing PowerApps models
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripts
- Experience as a SharePoint Site Owner &/or Site Collection Administrator
- Knowledgeable in business systems analysis & support
- Knowledgeable in the Office 365 platform. Including Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, and Azure ecosystem
- Good understanding of SOA, Business Intelligence, Information Management, Knowledge Management, integration, portals, etc.
- Strong business-to-technology translation skillsets
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skillsets
