IT Service Operations Manager will:
  • Responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities of Service Desk operations to ensure users and business teams receive the support they require
  • Manages a Staff of Service Desk Specialists which includes hiring, training, scheduling and performance management
  • Performs annual performance review with all Staff
  • Responsible to for researching and recommending budgetary expenditures for end user support tools and equipment
  • Responsible for endpoint end peripheral inventory management and purchases
  • Responsible for purchase, maintenance and support of printer and fax equipment
  • Regular reporting to leadership of Service Desk support metrics
  • Responsible for maintaining ITSM tools and reporting, along with managing support ticket and escalation processes
  • Responsible for IT user provisioning and maintaining Role Based Access process
  • Support and maintenance of telephony and audio-visual systems, including contact center and auto-attendant management
  • Coordinate with vendors to provide additional support for systems
  • Maintenance of corporate wireless plans
  • Purchase and track hardware
  • Answer phones promptly and professionally.
  • Provide expert level diagnostic service to End Users.
  • Expedite problems to additional support staff if unable to correct problem.
  • Use the provided Help Desk tools to file & track problem reports.
  • Work directly with customers supporting hardware and software.
  • Write documentation for various support processes.
  • Assist in testing various computer applications.
  • Utilize ticketing system to track issues.

Applicant Requirements:
  • 4+ years experience as an Sr. IT Help Desk Technician/Supervisor
  • Practical experience with the Windows Server family 2003/2008/2012
  • Must have knowledge of all current Microsoft  Desktop Operating Systems
  • Must have experience working with IT ticketing systems
  • Must have experience with the M.S. Office Suite
  • Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)
  • Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer
  • Corp to corp candidates will not be considered

Colorado salary range - $20/hr to $125/hr
