LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Senior Analyst - IT Infrastructure Program Management for a (remote optional) direct-hire opportunity with our financial client in downtown Chicago, IL!


- Collaborate with the Business, IT Infrastructure Platform & Engineering teams (Data Center, Network, Server & Storage, Telecom & Collaboration, & Desktop Engineering), the Project Management Office and Finance
- Influence and define new IT infrastructure processes and operational controls, including procedures pertaining to project requests, intakes, and delivery
- Collaborate with various technology groups, SME's, and stakeholders to detail and document project impact summaries, that will include a report on resource planning, project delivery, and dependencies.
- Work closely with team members to facilitate audit compliance, including bridging the communication between technical team members and auditors to ensure a high quality response is provided to audit requests.
- Assist in creating business requirement documents as well as budget and resource planning
- Attend project status meetings and represent the Platform and Engineering team
- Other duties as assigned


- 5+ years working within an IT Infrastructure teams, including within large, preferably regulated, enterprise environments
- Strong process-oriented experience working with PM/PMO & Finance teams
- Excellent technical writing skillsets
- Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)
