LRS Consulting Services is seeking a EPIC Help Desk Technician for a 6-month contract opportunity with our client in Champaign, IL! Local candidates will be given preference.

  • Specialize in providing call center support for troubleshooting user computers, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices & other hardware.
  • Must have 2+ year(s) of experience with the following:
  • Customer service (primarily phone and in-person)
  • Computer (hardware/software) troubleshooting
  • Desktop Computer hardware/software installation and configuration
  • Experience supporting clinical applications such as EPIC EMR is a plus
  • Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)
  • Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer
  • Corp to Corp candidates will not be considered

Colorado salary range - $20/hr to $125/hr
