Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be working on the service request team and focus on Moves, Adds and Changes within the clients organization.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Effective verbal and written communications skills. Ability to communicate effectively with professionals (i.e. physicians, administrators, etc.) as well as non-technical end users, both internal and external to Carle. Ability to work on projects both independently and in a team environment. Ability to troubleshoot issues within all aspects of endpoint management. Ability to deal with a rapid, fast-paced, and changing environment. Ability to manage and deliver multiple project phases at the same time, and balance ongoing operational issues with longer term strategic work.

Essential Functions:
• Deployment and updating Timekeeping/Punch System throughout facilities
• Imagine computers, desktops etc with created template per departments
• Provide documentation to support staff members
• Ensure image consistency and quality, and provide timely response when imaging issues arise.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and document group policies
• Deploy application packages to endpoints, and/or make available in Software Center as requested.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and document tickets in system
• Keep knowledge current with changing technology.
• Provide first and second level support on issues and serve as a technical resource for IT staff.

2+ years of IT Support, Electronics and Technical Assistance. Experience with deploying, installing electronics and imaging/refreshing computers


Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)
Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer
