Job Summary and Qualifications
Our client is searching for an experienced Acquisitions Project Manager with a passion for organization, collaboration, and delivery of outstanding project outcomes.
The Acquisitions Project Manager uses critical thinking, communication, and stakeholder partnerships to facilitate all tasks around Acquisition of new business locations into companys network. The Project Manager oversees multiple simultaneous facility acquisitions with complex interdependencies and communicates across multiple channels including IT, Field, and Corporate teams. The Acquisition Project Manager has ownership from initiation to facility Go-Live, and serves as a liaison between the facility leadership, Corporate, IT, and other teams such as Supply Chain.
The Acquisition Project Manager is an expert at understanding and building dependency-based timelines, recognizing and mitigating risks to project schedules, and the efficient deployment of constrained resources across multiple simultaneous efforts. The Project Manager communicates proactively and effectively with stakeholders, and leverages points of escalation to drive execution.

- Directs large-scale, complex projects often involving cross-functional teams, multiple internal and external constituents, and matrix partners.
- Rigorously manages scope and schedule to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed on time, cost, and quality parameters.
- Develops communication plans and interfaces with facility and corporate resources to execute on responsibilities.
- Leads a continuous risk management process to identify and assess risks, and develop and manage mitigation measures to minimize exposure to projects and the business.
- Serves as a subject matter expert on the Acquisitions in progress and on the road-map, routinely briefs key stakeholders on different aspects of assigned initiatives.
- Represents the project in various project governance and inter-department forums.
- Facilitates key project meetings.
- Defines and tracks project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan.
- Publishes periodic project status reports.
- Proposes recommendations, adjustments and process improvements to achieve success.

Colorado Pay Range:
