Job Description
Time to get to work! We’re seeking an experienced IT Support Technician for a client in Central Illinois. This is a 6-month contract for the right person and could lead to full-time. If you’re that person and if you have the IT Support expertise that we need, submit your resume now!

As an IT Support Technician, you will be working on the service request team and focus on Moves, Adds and Changes within the clients organization.
Must 2+ years of experience with the following:

- Tier I & II IT Support
- End user moves/relocation
- (IT Hardware) installs
- Hardware installation and troubleshooting
- Phone installs/troubleshooting
- PC installs, builds and troubleshooting
- Active Directory
- Documentation/Ticketing System
