As the Analytics Manager for the Data & AI team you'll be overseeing a talented multidisciplinary team, guiding their efforts in analytics and AI projects that align with our organizational goals. Working alongside the Director of Data & AI, your primary focus will be on managing this team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your role involves fostering innovation and the exploration of new technologies, while also making complex data insights accessible across the company through clear communication and collaboration. Through your management, the team's efforts will support the company's data-driven initiatives.
As an Analytics Manager, you will:
- Work closely with the Director of Data & AI to align analytics initiatives to strategic goals and objectives
- Ensure analytics and AI projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards by managing project scopes, resources, and risks.
- Serve as a liaison between the analytics team and other business units, facilitating clear communication of analytics insights and recommendations
- Collaborate on and advocate for the use of analytics and AI solutions through regular interaction with team members, cross-functional leaders, external partners, and stakeholders
- Support the exploration and implementation of new technologies, methodologies, and practices in analytics and AI to drive continuous improvement and competitive advantage
- Oversee the budget for analytics projects, including forecasting, resource allocation, and cost optimization
- Apply lean tools and thinking to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position Must have the following experience:
- 5+ years in analytics or data science roles, with at least 2 years in a strategic management or leadership position, preferably with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Deep understanding of data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, R), including AI and machine learning technologies (foundation & large language models), and a strong grasp of database management, data processing, and data visualization tools.
- Demonstrated project management, team management, and budgeting skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities to effectively interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Colorado Pay Range:
20 - 125/per Hour
