Job Description

LRS Consulting Services is thrilled to announce an exceptional direct hire opportunity for a Mobile Developer with our esteemed client based in vibrant Kansas City, MO. This role offers the perfect blend of flexibility, allowing you to work remotely for two days a week while enjoying a collaborative in-office environment for three days.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
1. College degree or equivalent technical training
2. At least 7 years of programming experience with demonstrated proficiency utilizing C#/.NET framework, .NET MAUI, and MS SQL Server to develop/support web and network hosted enterprise applications
3. Proven ability to evaluate/refactor code for reliable architecture, stability, reusability, performance, automation, security and metrics
5. Demonstrated design capabilities and experience with UI development
6. Mobile development experience with tools like Xamarin or Flutter, with a desire to learn Blazor mobile nice to have.
7. Experience with Agile-Scrum and other development SDLC tools/ processes/methodologies
8. Effective verbal and written communication skills
9. Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Build high-quality scalable and predictable web applications on the Microsoft technology stack and maintain internal and external facing web applications
2. Evaluate new code for reliable architecture, stability, reusability, performance, automation, security, and metrics
3. Authoritative source for relevant Microsoft platforms, familiarity with opensource frameworks and technologies a plus
4. Provide project leadership by planning, allocating, motivating, and controlling project work and IT staff and other resources on a limited scope
5. Assist in the development of IT staff technical expertise by preparing and conducting formal classes and providing technical assistance on complex system problems
6. Contribute to the improvement in departmental and operating efficiencies by participating in the development of standards and procedures and by initiating and promoting new
concepts and ideas
7. Create and direct software system testing procedures, documentation, and programming to ensure all software is properly developed and regularly tested for quality assurance.
