We are seeking a CX Full Stack Developer and Support Specialist to join our high-performing eCommerce/Customer Experience team. This fully remote position will contribute to the development and support of SAP Commerce Cloud solutions for internal customers. With multiple instances of SAP Commerce Cloud currently in production, we have plans for significant expansion. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a collaborative mindset to excel in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal customers to gather eCommerce requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop approach documentation, technical documentation, and project management materials.
Lead the development of new eCommerce implementations on SAP Commerce Cloud.
Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing SAP Commerce Cloud instances.
Continuously optimize and update eCommerce platforms, including SAP Hybris.
Manage support incidents with third-party vendors and consultants to resolve issues.
Coordinate development activities with external consultants as needed.
Keep up-to-date with the latest eCommerce tools and industry trends.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager of eCommerce.
Minimal travel (<10%) may be required for occasional team meetings or site visits.

Required Qualifications

1-2+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) developer.
Proficiency with B2B and B2C modules of Hybris.
3+ years of experience with various programming languages, including Java, Spring Framework, PL/SQL (preferably Oracle), Angular, Python, Apache Solr, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Restful Web Services.
Experience with Log4j, Tomcat/Apache, GitLab, Jenkins, and Agile Methodology.
Strong understanding of Angular-based platform development.
Experience implementing DevOps practices.
Demonstrated experience in application development and eCommerce optimization.
Knowledge of enterprise deployments and code management systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience integrating systems with ERP, CRM, and payment gateways.
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Azure Data Factory and JD Edwards Data Structure.
Prior experience in manufacturing industries.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience working directly with customers and remote teams.
