Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company is seeking a Senior Project Manager with our client in Minneapolis, MN.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex Advisory product initiatives. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects, from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in vendor management, integration, and advisory services, with the ability to navigate complex environments and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for Advisory product offerings, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of services and products.
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment on priorities and expectations.
• Oversee risk management and mitigation strategies, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization for project delivery.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on Advisory products, vendor management, and system integration.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects, particularly in advisory or consulting environments.
• Strong understanding of integration methodologies and best practices.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, Scrum, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments while managing multiple priorities.
