Collaboration & Communication:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our content marketing and personalization efforts. This individual will play a key role in maintaining compliant content and providing project and program management support for various initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including content, channel, and business partners, ensuring smooth workflows and timely publication of web-based content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and publishing compliant content using internal and public content management systems (CMS).
- Build and map content within the CMS to ensure timely updates and consistency.
- Create and manage content schedules and timelines for digital campaigns.
- Ensure content adheres to industry regulations, company policies, and procedures.
Webmaster Support:
- Coordinate with agile teams and channel partners to publish and QA content for public websites.
- Uphold and optimize standard operations and processes for content deliverables using web-based tools.
Project Management:
- Ensure alignment and clear communication regarding content publication, processes, and deadlines.
- Maintain content inventories and dashboards to track progress and deadlines.
- Provide support with project tracking, cross-functional coordination, and other related tasks.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Support one or more agile teams and work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver digital campaigns.
- Foster strong communication channels and maintain effective relationships across teams and business partners.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of CMS platforms and digital content tools.
