LRS is seeking a highly skilled Data Technician to join our team. Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Data Technician with expertise in analyzing, interpreting, and presenting performance metrics to support senior leadership in understanding process performance and driving organizational success. The ideal candidate will use operational data to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize processes, and enhance efficiency. This role is responsible for day-to-day analysis and reporting of service metrics and will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including Governance Service Owners, Service Delivery Managers, Contract Managers, and Financial Analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret operational performance data to report progress against targets (SLAs) and proactively manage goal delivery. Prepare performance metrics and data presentations for senior leadership to facilitate informed decision-making. Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements. Conduct problem determination and root cause analysis to address performance issues. Maintain detailed knowledge of performance measures and their impact on organizational success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in a quantitative field such as Economics, Business Statistics, Engineering, or Quality Assurance/Control.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in performance management or a related role.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and measurement techniques, with knowledge of methodologies such as ITIL, CMMi, or Six Sigma.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in ServiceNow and Excel; Power BI experience is highly desired.
  • Proven track record of preparing and presenting data-driven insights to senior leaders.
  • Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)
  • Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer
  • Corp to Corp candidates will not be considered

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with statistical process control approaches and other relevant performance evaluation frameworks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Additional Information: This is a hybrid/remote position; candidates must be within driving distance of Erlanger, KY, and available to report onsite as needed
