Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for Salesforce initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring clear communication and understanding across teams.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to promote team collaboration and productivity.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any challenges that may impact project delivery.
- Work with BA team to conduct thorough analysis of business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for the development team.
- Work with Development team to oversee the design, configuration, and testing of Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, gathering feedback and implementing changes to enhance project processes and outcomes.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a hands-on Project Manager with focus in Salesforce implementation &/or enhancement projects.
- Strong experience in large enterprise application environments with complex, cross-functional, dynamic teams.
- Must be able to lead Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Strong subject matter expertise in Salesforce, with relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, etc.) preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing program priorities simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity in Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Provar &/or Salesforce DevOps is preferred.
- Experience in Salesforce Health Cloud &/or Salesforce Experience Cloud is a plus.
- Agile/Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer.

Hourly rate between $20 - $125 per hour
