LRS Consulting Services is seeking an experienced Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) Implementation Program Manager (Environmental Services) for a contract-to-hire, remote opportunity with our financial client based in Minnesota!

Responsibilities:

• Apply proven experience in deploying an enterprise-level, multi-site Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) to guide the Environmental Services (ES) division’s engagement in the configuration, implementation, and operation as part of a Council wide EAMS deployment.
• Ensure alignment of the system with the division’s asset lifecycle management strategies.
• Assess organizational needs and translate them into effective system solutions and guide the strategic setup of the software to support the long-term asset reliability and performance goals.
• Align data structures and schemas with asset care and lifecycle requirements.
• Integrate asset condition monitoring technologies and asset care methods within the EAMS framework.
• Coordinate the implementation with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration with existing business systems and processes.
• Provide strong leadership and communication across technical and operational stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure long-term sustainability of the solution. Maintain a clear focus on achieving business objectives through effective system deployment and optimization.
• Serve as a key liaison between ES leadership, technical teams, and external vendors.

Part time position (approximately 10 hours/week)

The base range for this contract position is $65 - $95 per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Colorado Pay Range:
65 - 95/per Hour
