LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Business Analyst for an onsite role with a client of ours. This position is a long-term contract with the potential to convert to FTE if desired. We are looking for someone who eventually wants to grow into a Product Owner or higher-level role in the future after learning the environment as a Business Analyst!

We need a self-starter, someone who can dig in and elicit requirements, has a driver mentality, wants to grow their skills and into more Senior positions, and is not just looking at the clock waiting for tasks to come to them. This is a traditional Business Analyst role where you will be expected to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an enterprise environment

Experience eliciting requirements

Experience with JIRA strongly preferred

Experience in an Agile environment strongly preferred
