Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company is seeking an Associate Business Analyst with our client in Minneapolis, MN.

The entry level analyst will support both the systems and the processes of the business unit, acting in a liaison role between the business and IT. Participate in case consultation and provide support to the front-line team. Update documentation, provide training and quality reviews. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Provide basic data support during the completion of compliance and audit reviews.
This Associate Business Analyst will need 0-2+ years of experience in the business system analyst field or related area.

The base range for this contract position is $28 - $45 per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
