Job Description:
As an IT Support Technician, you will be working on the service request team and focus on Moves, Adds and Changes within the client's organization.
Qualifications:
Must 2+ years of experience with the following:
- Tier I & II IT Support
- End user moves/relocation
- (IT Hardware) installs
- Hardware installation and troubleshooting
- Phone installs/troubleshooting
- PC installs, builds and troubleshooting
- Active Directory
- Documentation/Ticketing System
Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer
