Job Description
The Change Manager determines the strategy and tactics of change activities to support a successful transformation. Responsible for leading all aspects of the development and implementation of change adoption efforts as part of key projects and serves as the main point of contact for change adoption activities on those projects. Takes change adoption efforts end to end from original concept through final implementation and adoption success. Monitors and drives project performance by implementing change management best practices.

Day to day responsibilities… -Plans, manages, and monitors change adoption activities from concept through implementation for projects. Acts as primary contact for change adoption to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives. -Assesses, strategizes, designs, develops, and delivers actionable change management tactics, which includes communications, leadership, sponsorship, engagement and provides recommendations for training. -Establishes change management processes and methodologies to ensure assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet high quality standards and Leadership expectations using the appropriate tools. -Meets with internal customers of an assigned project to provide status updates and reports and gather project-related feedback. -Responsible for handling multiple projects simultaneously. -Prepares preliminary and end result change impact analysis for project teams, Project Leadership or department leadership. -Develops options and recommendations to drive critical decisions. -Tracks costs and performance, service levels and other metrics required to ensure project goals and objectives are met. -Serves as a resource to change managers and project teams to educate and assist them with implementing change management processes and making improvement/changes.
Qualifications: -Must have a minimum of 3 years Change Management experience -Must have a minimum of 2 years Project Management experience -Experience developing change management strategies and plans -Knowledge of PROSCI methodology with PROSCI certification strongly preferred -Conducted change impact analysis and developed mitigation strategies -Defined and tracked performance or “change success” measures -Identified and analyzed change risks -Facilitated a diverse audience (executives, business units, functions) -Built strategy around communication and stakeholder engagement -Produced communication plans and artifacts -Defined, established, and managed a basic change network as part of communications and engagement -Identified and set benchmarking and data points for metrics gathering -Proven ability to manage synergies between different aspects of project activities -Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)
