Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company, is seeking a Atlassian Jira/Confluence Cloud Trainer with our client in Minneapolis, MN.

Our client is seeking an experienced Atlassian Jira/Confluence Cloud Trainer to design, develop, and deliver impactful training programs that support teams migrating from Atlassian Data Center to Cloud. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Atlassian products, a passion for empowering teams through engaging learning experiences, and proven experience managing training initiatives during platform transitions. This role involves creating and delivering comprehensive training content for administrators and end-users, with a focus on ensuring a smooth and successful migration. Experience with Xray Test Management and other key Atlassian plugins is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver interactive training sessions and workshops for Atlassian Jira and Confluence Cloud users and administrators.
• Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and documentation tailored for teams migrating from Data Center to Cloud.
• Collaborate with project managers, system administrators, and technical teams to align training with migration milestones and project objectives.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and customize learning solutions accordingly.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to reinforce learning outcomes.
• Offer post-training support, feedback sessions, and Q&A to ensure user adoption and confidence.
• Develop content for both live and virtual training environments.
• Utilize Xray Test Management and other Atlassian plugins in training scenarios to enhance end-user understanding.
• Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve materials based on participant feedback and migration outcomes.
• Stay current with Atlassian Cloud updates, best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2–5 years of experience in Atlassian tool administration, training, or consulting (Jira and Confluence Cloud).
• Strong understanding of Atlassian Cloud architecture, features, and migration processes.
• Proven experience creating and delivering technical training programs for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with Xray Test Management and related Atlassian marketplace apps.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, user-friendly learning content.
• Atlassian certifications (e.g., ACP-620, ACP-420) preferred but not required.

The base hourly range for this contract position is $70-$100 per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
