Job Description
The ideal candidate brings prior experience working with retirement, pension, or benefits administration systems and understands the operational, regulatory, and user-impact considerations inherent in these environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business owners, subject matter experts, and end users to elicit, document, and validate detailed business requirements
- Analyze current-state retirement administration processes and define future-state workflows aligned to the implemented system
- Identify gaps in requirements, procedures, job aids, and operational readiness
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including:
- Business process maps
- Functional requirements
- Procedures and job aids
- User-facing reference materials
- Support testing activities by ensuring alignment between requirements, test cases, and expected business outcomes
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to assess scope changes and downstream impacts
- Support organizational readiness by assisting with transition planning, training support, and user adoption efforts
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders during periods of operational change
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise software implementations
- Demonstrated experience working directly with business users and operational teams
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to translate complex processes into clear, usable materials
- Experience operating in environments with evolving requirements and competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strongly Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with retirement, pension, benefits administration, payroll, or public-sector systems
- Experience supporting large-scale system implementations with significant operational change
- Exposure to organizational change management concepts and practices
The base range for this contract position is $75.00 - $105.00 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Colorado Pay Range:
75.00 - 105.00/per Hour
