Job Description
Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a .NET Web Developer for a contract opportunity. This role offers the chance to apply your skills in support of meaningful work for one of our client partners.
Skills & Experience
- Advanced application development experience within the Microsoft .NET environment.
- Coding skills in .NET Framework, C#, VB.NET, MVC, JavaScript, Bootstrap.
- Experience with Object‑Oriented Design and secure coding practices.
- Experience developing Web APIs.
- Experience with Power BI report development.
- Strong background in relational database development, including stored procedures, performance tuning, and SQL (Oracle preferred; SQL Server also applicable).
- Experience with Azure DevOps / Git, work item tracking, and CI/CD processes.
- Experience with testing activities (test scenarios, data setup, execution, documentation).
- Knowledge of SDLC and IT best practices.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and experience resolving technical issues through debugging and investigation.
- Experience providing production support or on‑call support.
- Experience working with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to understand requirements and translate them into achievable technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience writing technical documentation.
- Collaborative team mindset and ability to work independently when needed.
- Awareness of IT infrastructure and accessibility standards.
- Strong time‑management, organization, and planning skills.
The base range for this contract position is $50.00- $62.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
