Job Description

Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Business Analyst contract opportunity. This role offers the chance to apply your skills in support of meaningful work for one of our client partners.

Candidates should have 4+  years of experience working in IT Service Management environments, including experience configuring and enhancing ITSM tools. A strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and how they are applied within ITSM processes is essential. The role requires experience integrating Atlassian Cloud tools with other IT management systems, as well as hands‑on configuration and customization of Jira Service Management, including workflow creation, SLA setup, and automation rules.

Nice to Have Skills

  • ITIL Certification (Foundation or higher).
  • Experience with advanced Jira automation, scripting, or customization.
  • Experience working in Agile environments using Jira Software.
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT‑related field or equivalent experience.

The base range for this contract position is $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
