Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Partner Success Associate for a contract opportunity. This role offers the chance to apply your skills in support of meaningful work for one of our client partners.

This position supports schools and districts with state reporting tasks and provides training related to various data applications. Responsibilities include responding to support inquiries through the CRM system, email, and phone; documenting and tracking requests to ensure timely and consistent resolution; and following established customer service standards.

• Serve as a main point of contact for schools and districts seeking support.
• Create, track, and monitor support requests, incidents, and case resolution using a ticketing system.
• Collaborate with product owner to identify opportunities for improving state reporting processes.
• Monitor reporting progress and proactively connect with districts that may need assistance.
• Provide onsite or virtual training as needed.
• Support districts with data submission
• Assist district staff with understanding data review.
• Support resolution of data issues and validation errors.
• Review data quality reports in preparation for data snapshot deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Technical Writer to maintain and update customer support documentation, including FAQs and service desk tools.
• Create training videos, tutorials, and other instructional resources.
• Identify situations requiring additional support or escalation and inform management as appropriate.
• Maintain and improve training materials to support user understanding.
