Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Contract Project Manager for a contract role. This opportunity allows you to guide scope, schedules, and deliverables while coordinating stakeholders to support high‑impact projects for one of our client partners


Our client is seeking a contract Project Manager to oversee and support projects from initiation through completion. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring deliverables align with business objectives. The position requires effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders, along with the ability to organize work, communicate clearly, and guide projects toward successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and complete projects within established timelines and budget parameters.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business needs.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and related communication materials.
  • Communicate project updates and expectations clearly with team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with project stakeholders to support alignment and progress.
  • Identify project dependencies and critical pathways, adjusting plans as needed.
  • Track project milestones, progress, and deliverables to ensure project goals are met.

Required Skills

  • Experience managing projects in a comparable role or environment.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience in projects relevant to the industry or organizational focus.
  • Familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project, Asana, or similar platforms.


The base range for this contract position is $40.00 - $50.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
