You’ll build applications (with Tulip and related MES capabilities), integrate with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, CMMS), create analytics in Power BI and Tulip Analytics, and collaborate with site teams to drive measurable performance, stability, and cost improvements. This role is part of the corporate Advanced Manufacturing team and includes leading projects and sharing knowledge with others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build Tulip applications with MES as a primary focus.
  • Integrate Tulip with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, CMMS) and related services.
  • Design, implement, and maintain Power BI dashboards and Tulip Analytics for actionable insights.
  • Evaluate new solutions; support lab testing and on‑site proof‑of‑concepts.
  • Support end‑of‑line test cell enhancements.
  • Participate in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours support of applications deployed by the Advanced Manufacturing team.
  • Manage assigned project schedules and budgets; communicate status, risks, and mitigations.
  • Help maintain manufacturing data accuracy across responsible systems.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to operations and cross‑functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing technical projects (requirements, budgets, timelines, change management).
  • Record of using technology to drive throughput, quality, safety, and cost improvements.
  • Ability to lead workshops with sites/stakeholders to understand and document complex manufacturing requirements.
  • Experience developing, deploying, and supporting manufacturing systems, especially MES (and ideally QMS, PLCs, SCADA, data historians, CMMS, computer vision).
  • Proficiency with OT‑relevant languages (Python, JavaScript, C#).
  • Experience with SQL (complex queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers).
  • Familiarity with OT integration technologies and standards (e.g., OPC, MQTT).
  • Experience designing and developing cloud‑based data analytics and reports.
  • Experience with OPC servers and data tags.
  • Experience integrating OT systems with enterprise platforms using REST APIs or similar methods.
