Job Duties: The Business Analyst (BA) role for the state hospitals post-EHR implementation is a critical position, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring that the technology aligns with the unique needs of each hospital. The primary responsibilities of this BA will include updating forms and databases, particularly in collaboration with the four state hospital's developer. They will act as a product owner, playing a key role in system releases and prioritizing work to align with the specific requirements of each of the four hospitals. The BA will be tasked with keeping all hospitals informed and up-to-date. This includes occasional visits to each hospital to understand their specific workflows and needs, especially prior to the project's go-live date.
