We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director, Client Delivery to lead client relationships and ensure seamless solution delivery execution. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and driving operational excellence in solution delivery. As a senior leader, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional and globally distributed teams to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing client services team, fostering a culture of accountability and client success.
- Drive Solution Delivery: Oversee the implementation and execution of our client’s solutions, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Operational Excellence: Establish best practices for client service delivery, streamlining processes and optimizing resources.
- Own Client Relationships: Serve as the primary liaison for clients, building strong partnerships and ensuring the solutions align with clients’ strategic goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support teams to align client needs with their capabilities and roadmap.
- Communication: Regularly update internal and external stakeholders on project status, risks, and strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- Must have a minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in client services, account management, or solution delivery within the enterprise SaaS, InsurTech, or financial services industries.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale client engagements and delivering complex technology solutions.
- Strong ability to build a strategic partnership with clients.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical solutions to business audiences.
- Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)
The base range for this contract position is $100.00 - $115.00 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
