Job Description

Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Product Manager for a Contract opportunity. This role offers the chance to apply your product strategy and delivery experience in support of meaningful and high‑impact work for one of our client partners.

Our client is seeking a Product Manager to support the development, enhancement, and successful delivery of Value‑Added Services (VAS) across our digital portals. In this role, you will guide the VAS roadmap, partner with cross‑functional teams, and help ensure our digital products meet business goals while creating a clear, effective experience for users in North America and the UK. You will collaborate with product, technology, commercial, and regional stakeholders to define requirements, oversee delivery, and support go‑to‑market efforts. This position involves coordinating active initiatives, managing product performance against defined KPIs, and providing updates and recommendations to senior leaders. The ideal candidate brings experience working with Agile development teams, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and driving measurable outcomes using data‑informed approaches. This is an opportunity to contribute to impactful digital solutions and support the continuous evolution of our product ecosystem.

  • Lead the VAS roadmap for digital portals, including near‑term delivery and planning for future Value‑Added Services through 2026.
  • Support decision‑making regarding which Value‑Added Services will be delivered digitally across North America and the UK, collaborating with commercial, product, and regional teams.
  • Prioritize requirements and manage development capacity, balancing new VAS launches with enhancements to existing functionality.
  • Define clear requirements, user journeys, and acceptance criteria for VAS integrations in coordination with design and technology teams.
  • Oversee delivery of active VAS initiatives, ensuring progress is maintained and dependencies are managed effectively.
  • Support commercialization of VAS across portals and dashboards aligned to defined KPIs, and provide regular updates on progress, milestones, and performance.
  • Work with Marketing and Commercial partners to support go‑to‑market activities, training, and enablement for VAS launches and enhancements.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for VAS products and supporting systems, facilitating communication between business and technology teams.
  • Manage ongoing product changes, issue resolution, and operational support for live VAS offerings.
  • Prepare clear updates, insights, and recommendations for senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and knowledge transfer to support team continuity after the cover period.
The base range for this contract position is $60.00 - $70.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
