  • Review and copyedit content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with established style guidelines for both field and home office users.
  • Contribute to the development, documentation, and maintenance of content strategy standards for the site.
  • Support the creation and improvement of processes that promote a cohesive and well‑structured content ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, English, marketing, digital media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2–4+ years of experience in UX writing and/or content strategy within product, marketing, technology, agency, or freelance environments.
  • Experience in a large corporate environment is helpful but not required.
  • Ability to write clearly and effectively with strong attention to grammar, spelling, and style.
  • Experience with UX and technical writing, including alignment with brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
