Position Summary

The IT Director leads the organization’s technology strategy, operations, and security to support business goals. This role oversees IT infrastructure, systems, teams, budgets, and vendors while ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions. Reports to the CIO.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with organizational objectives
• Oversee IT infrastructure, applications, networks, and cloud services
• Lead cybersecurity, risk management, and regulatory compliance
• Manage IT staff, vendors, budgets, and major technology projects
• Partner with business leaders to deliver effective technology solutions

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive IT experience with leadership responsibility
• Strong knowledge of IT operations, security, and project management
• Proven leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills

Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)
Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer

The base range for this contract position is $80 - $110 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
