Job Description

Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant for a Contract opportunity. This role offers the chance to apply your talent acquisition expertise in support of meaningful, high‑impact work for one of our client partners.

In this role, you will partner with hiring leaders to develop and execute effective, role‑specific talent acquisition strategies that support timely hiring outcomes. You’ll collaborate with teams across the organization to help fulfill staffing needs, provide guidance on recruiting processes and labor strategies, and serve as a resource for market insights and industry trends. This role involves managing full‑cycle recruiting, supporting sourcing initiatives, and contributing to process improvements across Talent Acquisition. Some recruiters will focus on corporate functions, while others will support Product Sales and Services.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage full‑cycle recruiting activities with an emphasis on building collaborative partnerships with hiring managers and advocating for a positive candidate experience.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment strategies, workforce planning, requisition creation, approvals, and escalation needs.
  • Source candidates using a variety of platforms—including applicant tracking systems, professional networks, and digital sourcing tools—to maintain a strong and diverse talent pipeline.
  • Support an inclusive, positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, representing the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day recruiting operations (forecasting, requisition management, sourcing, reporting) and use recruiting metrics to inform decision‑making.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on established competencies and business needs.
  • Maintain accurate records within ATS or VMS systems to support reporting, compliance, and overall hiring objectives.
  • Provide guidance around compensation recommendations in alignment with job requirements and market insights.
  • Support hiring managers in fostering diverse candidate representation and encouraging inclusive hiring practices.
  • Participate in cross‑functional projects that may involve new or complex recruiting initiatives, process enhancements, or workflow improvements.
Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
    • At least five years of recruiting experience.
    • Understanding of current business trends and organizational strategies.
    • Ability to collaborate with individuals at various levels of the organization.
    • Experience working independently with sound judgment and decision‑making skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Experience providing consultative guidance and influencing stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action regulations (preferred).
    • Experience with Boolean search techniques.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and talent acquisition systems (ATS, CRM).
    • Experience working with VMS systems, such as Vndly (preferred).
The base range for this contract position is $30.00 - $47.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
