Job Description
Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking an Investment Operations Specialist for a Contract opportunity. This role offers the chance to apply your analytical and operational skills in support of meaningful, high‑impact work for one of our client partners.
Our client is seeking an Investment Operations Specialist to support the accurate execution, processing, and maintenance of investment transactions across a broad range of asset classes. In this role, you will partner with internal teams and external financial institutions to ensure timely trade settlement, maintain high‑quality investment data, and assist with reconciliations, exception resolution, and portfolio activity inquiries. You will also help support process improvements, participate in system enhancements, and contribute to maintaining up‑to‑date documentation and workflows. This position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of investment products, gain exposure to industry‑wide practices, and collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure operational accuracy and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, management, real estate, information systems, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Three or more years of experience in investment operations or related areas (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of various investment asset types and transaction processing practices.
- Experience working with investment operational or accounting systems.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and contribute to problem resolution.
