Job Description
Codeworks, a LRS company, is seeking a Business Analyst for a contract opportunity. This role provides an opportunity to apply your analytical, facilitation, and problem‑solving skills in support of meaningful work that directly contributes to the success of one of our valued client partners.
This advanced-level position serves as a liaison among technical teams and business stakeholders to support the development of business requirements, lead business process improvement efforts, and assess technology solutions for new or enhanced system services. The role collaborates with business leads and subject matter experts (SMEs) across program areas to understand business structures, policies, and operations and to support solutions aligned with strategic goals. Responsibilities include defining and refining standard operating procedures, developing business and technical requirements, creating user stories, and supporting solution delivery—including quality assurance activities.
This position works with stakeholders to analyze current business processes and identify opportunities to enhance customer service, improve operational efficiency, or support organizational goals. This may include developing use cases, test plans, and detailed system requirements or design specifications. The role engages with business users to ensure shared understanding of requirements and provides expert-level consultation and guidance.
