Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with our client in Minneapolis, MN.

Our client is seeking a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to support a Wealth Management organization. This role will play a key part in driving financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and improving overall business performance.

The ideal candidate brings strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities, along with the ability to work with complex data and communicate insights clearly. This individual should be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large, detailed data sets to uncover meaningful trends and business drivers.

This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can partner effectively across teams, think critically, and deliver high-quality analysis in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
• Perform in-depth financial analysis on revenue, expenses, and profitability across wealth management products and client segments
• Analyze large data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable insights
• Partner with business leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
• Prepare and present clear, concise financial reports and insights to senior leadership
• Enhance and streamline reporting processes, tools, and dashboards, with a strong focus on Excel-based solutions
• Support ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably within wealth management or financial services
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
• Demonstrated ability to interpret large data sets and translate findings into business insights
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner

The base hourly range for this contract position is $70-$100 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
