Job Description
This position is 100% remote, but applicant must be a Wisconsin Resident
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including:
- Requirements gathering and analysis
- Application design and architecture
- Coding, testing, implementation, and support
- Design, develop, and maintain web and client-server applications
- Develop and integrate web services and APIs
- Perform system integrations with third-party software solutions
- Execute data conversion and migration tasks
- Enhance and maintain existing applications and legacy systems
- Collaborate within Agile Scrum teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of applications
- Support production systems and troubleshoot issues as needed
Required Qualifications
Experience

Application Development (6+ years)
- Web and client-server application development
- Full SDLC experience (requirements through support)

- Government, insurance, accounting, or case management environments

Transactional Systems (3+ years)
- Online Transaction Processing (OLTP) web applications
- Batch processing systems

.NET Development (3–5+years)
- ASP.NET
- VB.NET
- C#
- Object-Oriented Design principles

Development Tools & Frameworks (3–6+ years)
- Visual Studio .NET
- Jira (Agile project tracking)
- GitHub (source control)
- MVC and MVVM architectural patterns
The base range for this contract position is $47.00 - $55.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
