  • Support Agile delivery teams by participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, and solution validation activities.
  • Coordinate and facilitate business testing efforts, including test planning, execution, issue resolution, and stakeholder sign-off.
  • Collaborate across multiple teams to ensure solutions align with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Communicate complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to the successful delivery of business and technology projects.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members while working independently on complex initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience.
  • Approximately 4–5+ years or more of business analysis experience supporting business and technology initiatives.
  • Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
  • Experience working in Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop practical solutions.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including business, product, and technology stakeholders.
  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and make informed recommendations.
